Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must include original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
