Kodmart provides business-to-business informational product compliance screening services. As our services involve the preparation and delivery of digital, informational outputs based on information provided by the customer, refunds are handled as described below.

Before the Screening Begins

If you request cancellation before we have started processing your screening request, you may contact us to request a cancellation and refund.

 

After the Screening Has Begun

Once processing of a screening request has started, cancellation and a full refund may no longer be available because work has already commenced on the requested service.

After Delivery

Once a screening result has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.

If you believe that the delivered result contains a technical error, is materially incomplete compared with the service purchased, or you received an incorrect result, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the result, repeat the screening, or provide another reasonable remedy.

 

Information Provided by the Customer

Screening results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer. Refunds are not normally provided where an inaccurate or incomplete result is caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

Nature of the Service

Kodmart provides informational product compliance screening intended to help businesses identify potentially applicable regulatory requirements, information gaps and areas that may require further verification.

Screening results do not constitute legal advice, certification, regulatory approval, conformity assessment or a declaration that a product complies with applicable law.

Exceptions

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
